Questions about an official Snohomish County court docket belong with the clerk for the court that heard the case. The County Clerk handles Superior Court files, District Court maintains its own records, and each municipal clerk serves its city court. This private site cannot act on a case, but the routes below identify the proper official source.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the Snohomish County Clerk or the court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Here's where to route the requests most people ask about in Snohomish County:

  • A docket sheet: run a case search through Washington Courts Case Records Search, or request the docket from the appropriate court clerk
  • A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the appropriate court clerk
  • Certified copies: order from the appropriate court clerk, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
  • A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
  • Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
