Why We Built This Site
Washington permits public access to many court case records under General Rule 31, but finding the correct custodian comes first. The Snohomish County Clerk keeps Superior Court and juvenile files. District Court and each municipal court maintain their own limited-jurisdiction records. Washington Courts supplies a statewide case index, while Odyssey offers Superior Court case information. Neither search result replaces the official file. This site brings the relevant portals, office contacts, number formats, and request procedures into one reference.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Snohomish County
- Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
- Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through Washington Courts Case Records Search
- Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the appropriate court clerk
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Washington court, clerk of court, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the Snohomish County Clerk or the court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
